The NL West Champs lost to the St. Loius Cardinals for the 2nd year in a row. The season ended
unceremoniously in St. Loius, dropping the series 3-1.

San Diego Padres Baseball 2007
In July 2007, the Padres will be unveiling the Tony Gwynn statue in
honor of his induction into Baseball's Hall of Fame. Padres have won
the NL West the past 2 years, and return a strong team. This is the
teams 4th season at Petco Park, located in downtown San Diego.
